The level 1 package is where customers pay per call. In addition to this level, customers purchase packages of included calls at a discounted rate. If they exceed the calls in their selected package, those are considered "over calls" and are billed at the "over call rate listed"
We do allow you to flex your packages as needed to meet your seasonal needs.
